For a long time, I struggled with health symptoms I couldn't explain.
I knew something didn't feel right, but I didn't understand what was happening inside my own body.
There were questions I couldn't answer, experiences I struggled to put into words, and moments when I wished understanding my health didn't feel so overwhelming.
I wanted a space where I could talk openly about what I was going through. Somewhere I could keep track of my symptoms, notice patterns over time, and feel heard without having to explain myself over and over again.
That idea became ALYA.
I'm building ALYA for women navigating chronic and invisible health struggles, whether they have a diagnosis, are still looking for answers, or are simply trying to understand their bodies better.
Because no woman should have to feel invisible while trying to understand her own health.
